		<description>I&#039;m hoping we&#039;ll see more of these &quot;pop-ups&quot; in Chicago neighborhoods where empty storefronts paint a bleak picture of the economy. Super way for artists to get exposure....especially since the loans to small business programs don&#039;t appear to be helping any small businesses. I suppose another alternative would be for building owners to lower the rents so small businesses could afford the space.</description>
