Super way for artists to get exposure....especially since the loans to small business programs don't appear to be helping any small businesses. I suppose another alternative would be for building owners to lower the rents so small businesses could afford the space. I’m hoping we’ll see more of these “pop-ups” in Chicago neighborhoods where empty storefronts paint a bleak picture of the economy. Super way for artists to get exposure….especially since the loans to small business programs don’t appear to be helping any small businesses.
