The CPS is supposedly without a budget, yet they can afford to dish out $100,000 to some quack. Why don't they spend the cash on adding more teachers who can help follow the children's develpment. This could help alleviate the violence. If children feel ignored they're bound to go to extremes to get attention. Maybe they should hire an oridnary citizen, like me.
