1. Rezko was convicted but never sentenced. Was he sentenced secretly? If so, why?

2. Does Rezko have or has he already given exculpatory evidence on Blagojevich that
Patrick Ftizgerald has not turned over to the defense that he is legally compelled to do?
3. Does Rezko have evidence on the guilt or innocence of other parties to this
case , such as President Obama, himself? Has that evidence been made available to the defense, as required by law!
4. Is Patrick Fitzgerald engaged in “selective,” and/or “vindictive’ prosecution of Blagojevich, as long-time Democratic consultant and physical economist Lyndon LaRouche have charged?
