Hundreds of people lined up in a cold drizzle Sunday outside the Chicago Cultural Center, where former Mayor Richard M. Daley and his family stood before the casket of Daley’s wife, Maggie, who died Thursday after a nine-year battle with cancer.

Former Chicago first lady Maggie Daley died Thursday after a nine year struggle with breast cancer. She was 68. The wife of former Mayor Richard M.
